For thousands, that loyalty is more than emotional; it’s permanent, etched in ink.
Experts at ticketing platform TicketSource analyzed Google search data and Instagram hashtags to reveal which NFL franchises inspire the most tattoos.

The Philadelphia Eagles take the top spot as the most popular NFL team, inspiring fan tattoos with more than 29,000 tattoo-related searches and over 2,000 Eagles ink posts on Instagram.
The Pittsburgh Steelers rank second for fan tattoo popularity, with 18,200 annual searches for tattoo inspiration and 367 Instagram posts proudly displaying black-and-gold tattoos.
Buffalo Bills supporters have racked up 16,900 yearly tattoo-related searches, with 249 Instagram posts capturing their devotion in bold red, white, and blue ink.
Further Insights:
The Chicago Bears have the second-highest number of Instagram posts, with 1,655 posts under #ChicagoBearsTattoo – just wait until they start winning and you see the Declay Doyle tats.
At the other end of the scale, the Indianapolis Colts inspired the fewest fan tattoos, with just 860 annual searches for tattoo inspiration.
