A new study from The Action Network has revealed which NFL Teams make the most noise on Instagram, revealing who is the most ‘Insta -worthy’.
Home to the most valuable NFL franchise, the Cowboys receive the most Instagram posts through team and Stadium tags.
The Washington Commanders, LA Rams, and LA Chargers sit at the bottom of the list, with a count of just over 100,000.
With the season over, the potential interest from football fans visiting cities opens new opportunities for tourism across the US.
As fans eagerly anticipate the season’s return, many will be keen to visit their favorite teams’ stadium.

By analyzing Instagram hashtag data, The Action Network has revealed the NFL’s most Instagrammable team.
Snapped Stadiums

Taking the top spot with over 3 million Instagram posts, it’s the Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium. Identified as one of the world’s largest dome structures and costing over $1 billion to construct, this 80,000 seated capacity stadium is not only home to the wealthiest team in the NFL but also accommodates different events such as music, soccer, wrestling, and much more.
Looking towards the bottom of the table, it’s the newly named Washington Commanders, the Rams, and the Chargers who have a post tally of over 140,000.
Even with the Rams’ Super Bowl win, they are still amongst the least ‘Instagrammable.’ Their recent Super Bowl win will bump them up the list in the coming years.

Methodology
Instagram data was collected to see which teams and stadiums had received the most posts to collect the information.
Through hashtag data for each team and stadium, we were able to reveal how many posts have been uploaded to Instagram over time. Revealing the teams who are the most Insta-worthy.
